Care Service Lead

We are recruiting for a Care Service Lead at Enable Scotland, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our frontline staff to deliver high-quality, personalised care to individuals with learning disabilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning charity and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments, and working closely with our teams to ensure that our services meet the needs of our service users.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing/supervising teams, delivering and leading excellent support practices, and creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits such as health cash plans, employee assistance programmes, cycle to work schemes, and season ticket loans.
