Care Companion

We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and provide personalized support.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and possess a strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with us, as we invest heavily in our staff's training and development.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, and Death in Service Payment.
Benefits include 28 days annual leave, a cycle to work scheme, and access to our benefits and wellbeing platform. If you are a driver, you will also receive mileage compensation for travel expenses.
