Learning Disability Support Lead

Dynamic Leadership Role in Residential Care Service:
Jupiter Recruitment invites applications for a skilled Residential Care Service Manager to lead a team providing residential support for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs in Scotland.
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent and demonstrate expertise in managing teams, developing services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Development and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery and quality of care.
- Leadership and management of a team to achieve outstanding results and meet service expectations.
- Strengthening relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external partners.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £28,080 per annum (based on 40 hours/week at £13.50/hour), comprehensive induction, ongoing training, 28 days annual leave, online benefits, cycle to work scheme, and SMART Pension option.
