Support Manager - Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled Support Manager to join our team in East Ayrshire, working closely with adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

About the Role:

  • You will lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals.
  • You will create and manage individual budgets, implementing effective support strategies and risk assessments.
  • You will possess excellent facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Expertise in using person-centred planning techniques to deliver excellent support practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload under pressure.

Salary Information: The annual salary for this role is £28,961.
