About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Veterinary Team Lead to join our team at VC Evidensia UK. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring that all Company initiatives are followed, and managing staff training and communications.
The role involves planning and managing rota shifts, ensuring that all reception staff are appropriately trained and up-to-date with all communications. You will also foster a strong team spirit amongst the group and work closely with line managers to achieve desired outcomes.
What We Offer
