This is an exciting opportunity to join Stagecoach Group's Kilmarnock Engineering team as a Vehicle Operations Supervisor.
You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of vehicles, including plant and buildings.
A competitive salary is offered: £50,000 per annum + £1,500 Joining Bonus.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain a fleet of 82 vehicles to meet high standards.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Evidence your ability to manage resources, time, and budgets effectively.
