About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our team in defining and delivering the electrical power systems for a cutting-edge submarine project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the development of electrical power systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements
  • Lead a team of engineers in the definition and delivery of system elements, including design documentation and spatial modeling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical power systems into the overall submarine design
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering background
  • Engineering Chartership required (or equivalent experience demonstrated)
  • Significant knowledge of AC and DC electrical power systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team leadership experience
