Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, plus overtime and bonus opportunities. In addition, the company offers flexible shift patterns, progression opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities will include:
- Repairing and overhauling aircraft electrical cables and harnesses
- Identifying and repairing damaged wires and cables
- Conducting electrical tests to ensure the safety of electrical systems
You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through in-house training programs, enabling you to progress in your career and take on new challenges.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with cables/harnesses or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
