Job Overview
Fleet Engineer - Kilmarnock

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Engineer to lead our team of engineers who maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles, as well as manage plant and buildings in Kilmarnock. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and be able to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of engineers who maintain and repair a modern and varied fleet of 82 vehicles.
- Ensure vehicles are presented to high standards for customers.
- Manage resource allocation, stock, and people within the team.

Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks effectively.
