About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dispensary Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in pharmacy and contribute to the success of our business. You will need to have an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

Your responsibilities will include guiding and supporting the pharmacy team, working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will also be involved in leading the day-to-day running of the dispensary, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers. We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible holiday allowance, Boots Retirement Savings Plan pension scheme, and discretionary annual bonus scheme.
