Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Team Leader to join our team in the UK. As a Pharmacy Team Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring your team with a technical yet personable approach, ensuring our high standards reflect our commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making legal, safe, and ethical decisions in the pharmacy while complying with legal and professional requirements.
  • Tailoring conversations with customers to ensure they leave feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Delivering efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Additionally, a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is required for working within our dispensaries.
