Dining Services Management Position

The Priory is recruiting an experienced Cook to oversee our dining services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional standards of service.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute menu strategies that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
  2. Ensure all food preparation meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  3. Efficiently manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and logistics to maintain operational excellence.
  4. Set high standards for cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, leading by example.
  5. Oversee the management of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
