Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement menu plans that cater to diverse dietary needs, ensuring a nutritious and varied offering.
  2. Maintain stringent health and safety standards in food preparation, adhering to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
  3. Effectively manage kitchen budgets and inventory, overseeing deliveries and storage.
  4. Promote a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, setting high standards for staff.
  5. Lead and manage kitchen staff, including training, recruitment, and scheduling.
