Britannia Hotels offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sous Chef to join our Prestwick team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and producing meals to the highest standards. Your duties will include assisting in menu planning, encouraging and developing your team members, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, managing food deliveries and stock control, and demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine. The successful candidate will have experience working in a hotel kitchen and a proven track record of providing outstanding service.

The salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, which reflects the high level of skill and expertise required. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including career development opportunities, significant staff discount rates when staying at one of our 60 hotels in the UK, and a generous holiday entitlement of up to 28 days per annum, including bank holidays.
