Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Making legal, safe, and ethical decisions in the pharmacy while complying with legal and professional requirements; tailoring conversations with customers to ensure they leave feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs; delivering efficient dispensary operations and minimizing dispensing losses.

Requirements and Benefits

Requirements: An NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council; a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent for working within our dispensaries.

Benefits: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience; flexible holiday allowance with the option to buy more days; Boots Retirement Savings Plan pension scheme; discretionary annual bonus scheme; enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay.
