The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing educational establishments. You will be responsible for promoting and delivering the Council's key objectives, specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, Children and Young Person's Service Plan, and Best Value.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the educational establishment/s to achieve excellent outcomes for children and the wider community
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and policies issued by the Scottish Government and East Ayrshire Council

We offer a competitive salary of £81,579 per annum, plus a range of benefits.
