Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned hotel professional to lead our Premier Inn team in Kilmarnock. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for driving guest satisfaction, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Front of House and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding service and meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to maintain our position as the UK's number one hotel chain.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in leading teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for customer service and a warm approach to people.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to engender trust and win support at all levels.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
