Construction Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Management Professional to lead our team of experts in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. With a strong track record in cost management and traditional quantity surveying, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' construction ventures.
About Our Services- Cost Management: We provide expert guidance on budget planning, forecasting, and control to ensure projects stay on track.
- Traditional Quantity Surveying: Our team of experts offers comprehensive services, from measuring and valuing to dispute resolution.
- Employers Agent Services: We act as the principal contractor's representative, managing contracts and resolving disputes.
- Project Management: Our experienced professionals oversee every aspect of project delivery, ensuring timely completion and within-budget results.
- CDM Services: We ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations, providing peace of mind for our clients.
- Specialist M&E Measurement, Billing, and Costing: Our team offers specialized services, including measurement, valuation, and costing for Mechanical and Electrical installations.
- Procurement and Dispute Resolution: We assist clients in sourcing materials and resolving disputes related to project deliveries.
We work on diverse projects, ranging from refurbishments and new builds, across sectors such as Higher and Further Education, Local Authority, Residential, Social Housing, Private Houses, Hotel and Leisure, Commercial Developments, Retail, Community Projects, and Restoration/Conservation.
The Ideal Candidate- Relevant experience in private practice or housebuilding, preferably with a chartered status or working towards it.
- Strong understanding and practical experience of Pre-Contract and Post-Contract work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with main contract forms and ability to work as part of a larger team, manage, and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors.
- Ambition for career and business development, with a comfort level in client-facing roles.
- Ability to participate in training and development opportunities, including assistance in gaining Chartered status via our RICS Approved Structured Training Programme.
- Competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000) reflecting experience level and qualifications, plus benefits and progression opportunities.
