As a Senior Construction Estimator with Contract Scotland, you will play a key role in the success of our Scottish-based Construction Consultancy. Our business provides a range of services across various sectors, including cost management, traditional quantity surveying, and project management. With an opportunity to work on projects such as refurbishments and new builds, you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who has relevant experience within private practice or housebuilding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both pre-contract and post-contract work, as well as a working knowledge of main contract forms. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be client-facing and comfortable working in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have Chartered status or be currently working towards it.
