Prison Operations Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Prison Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining custody and order within HMP Kilmarnock, as well as facilitating opportunities for offenders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring overall security and functioning of the establishment
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve a safe and secure environment
Key Features of the Role:
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Contribute to ensuring overall security and functioning of the establishment
- Rotate through various roles (Front of House, Visits, Electronic Control Room, Patrol, Prisoner Reception)
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 per annum.
