About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to provide clinical care and support to the Ayrshire and Arran Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and HIV care and treatment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing support to consultant clinics
- Work within the hospital-based team, prison-based in-reach service, and outreach service
- Contribute to the delivery of an integrated system of care across hospital/prison and community
- Involved in integrated care pathways, protocols, and guidelines in line with the National Sexual Health & BBV Framework
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Personal development and willingness to undertake appropriate training
- UK driving licence/Car ownership is essential
