The Ayrshire Urgent Care Service (AUCS) at University Hospital Crosshouse seeks an Operational Facilitator to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to contribute to delivering high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the AUCS team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
- To maintain accurate records and perform various tasks as required by management.
- To develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency within the service.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level II in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- ECDL qualification or expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to adapt to shift coverage and be flexible with working hours.
- Working knowledge of Adastra software and other NHS-based applications.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
