Operational Facilitator Role

The Ayrshire Urgent Care Service (AUCS) at University Hospital Crosshouse seeks an Operational Facilitator to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to contribute to delivering high-quality patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the AUCS team in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • To maintain accurate records and perform various tasks as required by management.
  • To develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency within the service.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level II in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • ECDL qualification or expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt to shift coverage and be flexible with working hours.
  • Working knowledge of Adastra software and other NHS-based applications.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.

Salary: Estimated £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
