Kilmarnock Engineering Team Leader Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fleet Engineer to join our Kilmarnock Engineering team as a Team Leader.

Your responsibilities will include leading a team of engineers, managing resources, and ensuring the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet of vehicles, including plant and buildings.

A competitive salary is offered: £50,000 per annum + £1,500 Joining Bonus.

Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience.
  • Ability to manage teams, resources, and time effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining and repairing diverse fleets of vehicles.
