Transportation Operations Lead

Stagecoach Group is a leading public transportation company with a strong presence in Kilmarnock.
We are looking for a skilled Fleet Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of vehicle presentation.
- Manage resources, stock, and personnel effectively.
- Develop technical skills and gain qualifications in other trades.
- Candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in managing teams and must be familiar with transport management systems.
