We're looking for someone who has evidence of managing teams, regardless of their size. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and high standards of vehicle presentation.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of engineers who maintain and repair a modern and varied fleet of 82 vehicles. We have already introduced 31 Electric Vehicles into our fleet, and there are plans for more additions in the near future.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and take pride in their work. They will also be able to ensure that resources, stock, and people are managed effectively. With support, training, and development opportunities available, you'll be trusted to achieve your goals and develop your skills further.
We offer a range of benefits, including a generous company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 after 2 years), free travel for you and a companion, and discounts on holidays and retail.
