Engineering Team Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Fleet Engineer to lead our team in Kilmarnock. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles meets the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include managing a team of engineers, developing your technical skills, and working collaboratively with our operational teams. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, driving efficiency, and promoting a culture of excellence within our team.
A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a joining bonus of £1,500, awaits the successful candidate. Additional benefits include a generous company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (increasing to 33 after 2 years), free travel for you and a companion, and various money-saving opportunities.
