Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Human Factors-Safety expert to join our team at Bae Systems. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for working closely with colleagues to deliver a range of projects and initiatives that improve the safety and effectiveness of our products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international defence, security and aerospace company and contribute to the success of our business.

About You:
We are looking for an experienced Human Factors-Safety professional who is passionate about improving product usability and safety. You will have a strong understanding of human factors principles and practices and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, you will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
