At Search Hospitality, we're on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Porter/Assistant to join our culinary team in the Kilmarnock area. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleanliness and sanitization of all kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Performing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Responding promptly to spills and messes to maintain a smooth operation
  • Preparing and washing cookware, utensils, and cutlery for rotation
  • Managing equipment and ingredient deliveries
  • Maintaining storage areas for food and supplies
  • Ensuring timely waste disposal
  • Providing support with food preparation tasks as needed
