We are looking for a dedicated Residential Youth Support Worker to join our team in a brand-new 2 bed residential home in Mansfield. As a Residential Youth Support Worker, you will be a key part of a close-knit team committed to providing stability, guidance, and support for vulnerable young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviours.
- Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.
- Organize and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support.
