Job Description:
Family Support WorkerThis role involves providing intensive support to children and young people in transitioning from residential to fostering placements, stabilizing existing placements, and reunifying with their families.
You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that address the complex needs of these children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic programs.
- Engage in home visits and community outreach to build strong relationships with families.
- Work closely with foster carers, social workers, and schools to ensure seamless transitions and support.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to inform future service improvements.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
