\We are seeking a dedicated Youth Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work alongside a group of young people, providing guidance and support to help them overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties.
\With at least one year's experience working with young people in a residential setting, you will possess the skills and qualifications required to succeed in this role. You will be a compassionate and empathetic individual, able to build strong relationships with our young people and their families.

\About You:

- You have QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification (in line with Ofsted standards)\
- You possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with compassion and patience\
- You are a positive role model who can inspire young people to believe in themselves\
- You are flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed\
- You hold a full UK Driving Licence\
