About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team at Consistent Quality Support Ltd. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide high-quality support to young people in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the daily needs of young people, including personal care and daily living tasks.
  2. Encouraging and promoting the personal development and well-being of young people.
  3. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the residential care home.
  4. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team and provide support when needed.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £12.75 per hour.
  • Full-time hours, with 36 hours per week.
