As a Senior Residential Youth Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can heal, grow, and thrive. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to implement care plans and strategies that enable young people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, taking on senior duties when required
  • Help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people feel at home
  • Work alongside the team to implement care plans and strategies that enable young people to overcome emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Build strong, positive relationships with young people, their families, and external agencies to ensure holistic care
