Children's Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Children's Home Manager to lead our new children's home in Mansfield. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for the young people in our care, while also developing the skills and abilities of your staff.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulations and legislations that set the standards within a children's home setting, as well as a proven track record with Ofsted. They will be able to work closely with the Responsible Individual and key stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes for the young people in our care.
Job Requirements:
- QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in a supervisory role.
- Substantive experience in a Managerial role including supervisory experience.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
