Job Title: Deputy Manager - Care
The Deputy Manager - Care is responsible for supporting the Home Manager in achieving Jasmine's mission by ensuring that all residents receive the highest standards of care. This involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement effective care plans, monitoring the well-being of residents, and identifying areas for improvement.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £15.36 per hour, plus a 10% SMART objectives bonus paid quarterly. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
• Annual performance-related pay increases of up to 8%
• A 10% bonus based on SMART objectives
• 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays
• A contributory pension scheme
• Meals at a cost of £1 per course while on shift
• Short notice shift incentives
• Access to an employee assistance programme
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a relevant professional qualification, such as a Registered Nurse or NVQ level 3. You will also need to have a minimum of three years' experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with at least one year of experience caring for people living with dementia.
