About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at RX Global.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing meaningful relationships with customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers for our London Book Fair event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive yearly sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing, returning, and new accounts to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Understand and articulate media inventory and products across our video channels and websites.
  • Target Achievement: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Retail Management: Work with sales management to develop ongoing retention strategies, tools, and programs to drive event retention for assigned territory.
  • Product Selling: Sell multiple products across multiple events.

Requirements:

  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
  • Client Focus: Be experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Project Management: Have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Contract Management: Manage the attainment of signed contracts and ensure that payments are made in full.
  • Negotiation Skills: Have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
