UK Government Security Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Government sector team. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, growing revenue and protecting existing business. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to understand customer needs and deliver tailored security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
* Conduct regular customer reviews to ensure high-level satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized security solutions that meet customer requirements
* Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce.com, to track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in the security industry
* Strong technical knowledge of security and life safety systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
* Must be able to undergo Security Clearance as part of this role and attain clearance to SC level
Benefits:
This role comes with an estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements.
