Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The Senior Global Services Professional will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities, focusing on global corporates. This role involves consultative selling of Kinly's Global Services offering along with building strong relationships with new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for a targeted list of clients, outlining strategies for revenue growth which are regularly reviewed and developed.
- Build and foster trust-based relationships with clients to facilitate long-term growth.
- Provide weekly (and ad-hoc) reports detailing intelligence around opportunities, pipeline, and performance in collaboration with account managers.
- Collaborate with the global and local customer services teams to manage profitability for each account.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiencies and governance by improving templates and processes, in collaboration with the Global Services and UK operational teams.
- Oversee and contribute to RFPs for accounts managed by the Strategic Sales team.
- Ensure all sales processes are efficient, well-documented, and governed appropriately.
