Job Overview
Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Director to join our Custodial, Blue Light & Government vertical within Key Accounts. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver security solutions to the Government Sector while growing and protecting existing customers.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent relationship management, achieving targets and objectives set by the company. They will provide outstanding customer service to nominated accounts through structured account review processes and a real customer-centric approach, understanding customers' KPIs and how the company can facilitate these. They will work closely with customers and Government security teams to deliver detailed security review reports/quotations that meet customer requirements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a good technical understanding of security and life safety systems. They must be able to maintain and develop relationships through a structured approach and possess knowledge of Security and CPNI standards. Experience in physical security and familiarity with framework agreements and standard contract terms are preferred. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, computer literacy (especially with Microsoft Office suite), and experience with CRM tools (particularly Salesforce.com). Additionally, they must be able to undertake Security Clearance as part of this role and attain clearance to SC level.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for career growth and development.
