About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Diagnostic Specialist to join our team at Revvity.

Job Summary:

This is a critical role in which you will provide expert technical support and services to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our Life Science Diagnostics instrument portfolio, with a focus on Reproductive Health Screening systems.

You will also provide first-line onsite user training on our systems and ensure that all documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins, and manuals are up-to-date and accurate. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers will be essential in providing exceptional service information, technical data, and general assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair our Life Science Diagnostics instrument portfolio, with a focus on Reproductive Health Screening systems.
  • Provide first-line onsite user training on our systems.
  • Ensure that all documentation, circuit diagrams, Service Data Bulletins, and manuals are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service information, technical data, and general assistance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent, plus Chemistry/Biology to senior school level.
  • Full driving license.
  • Significant years of experience in a related customer service environment.
  • Expert PC user with knowledge of Microsoft OS (XP, 7, 10) and laboratory information systems.
  • Excellent people management, motivational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers on all levels.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a company vehicle, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.
