Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical assessments of automotive hardware components, such as microcontrollers, system-on-chip, analog components, and power systems, in accordance with the functional safety standard ISO26262.
  • Provide independent safety analysis for hardware products, focusing on their ability to withstand and operate safely in the presence of random hardware faults.
  • Conduct fault injection simulations to guide hardware design and improve its robustness against random hardware faults.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure effective coordination and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Hold an honors degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical knowledge.
  • Have experience in digital or analogue semiconductor hardware design, with knowledge of Functional Safety and microcontroller design being a plus.
  • possess strong problem-solving skills, essential for assessing hardware safety and guiding design improvements.
  • Be comfortable working with international and multicultural colleagues, as the position involves collaboration with global teams.
  • Be highly motivated to continuously develop skills and knowledge, as the role requires staying current with evolving safety standards and technologies.
  • Be capable of working effectively within a team and taking initiative when needed.
