Mental Health Practitioner Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers to join our Early Discharge Team.

As a Clinical Lead in this role, you will work collaboratively with acute inpatient wards to facilitate safe and positive early discharges for individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties.

You will provide first-line assessments and act as gatekeepers to acute admissions, rapidly assessing vulnerable individuals and providing specialist crisis assessments focused on "hospital at home".

In this dynamic role, you will participate in team MDMs and contribute to the delivery of high-quality assessment and treatment services as an alternative to hospital admission.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a well-established multi-disciplinary team, focusing on client/customer satisfaction and making a real difference in people's lives.

The successful candidate will be able to meet the travel requirements of the post and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to assess and lead on clinical decision-making.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £42,000 and £63,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Benefits include commitment to flexible working, up to 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, incremental pay progression, and access to structured learning and development opportunities.

If you are a motivated and compassionate individual looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this role.
