Clinical Leader for Acute Mental Health Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to provide clinical leadership to our Adult Acute Mental Health Service. The successful applicant will be based in Derby and will work closely with the Ward Manager and other senior leaders to shape the service and build the team.
Main Duties:
- The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership to their own team and those within the Working Age Adult Acute Directorate.
- They will support current and future service developments, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to create an environment where service users' cultures, life experiences, and strengths are acknowledged and valued.
- The Clinical Leader will lead the team to create an environment where co-production of care with service users is essential and key to promoting their recovery.
