About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our specialist mental health services team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert psychological assessments and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify treatment needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with service users and their families
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other specialized treatments
  • Work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on service user progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Good Honours degree in Psychology (2:1 or above)
  • Post-graduate doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology as accredited by the HCPC
  • Chartered status with the British Psychological Society
  • Experience working with clients across various settings and age groups
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, with opportunities for part-time or flexible working arrangements available. You will be based at our Derby City CMHT site, working as part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health services.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing professional development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
