Senior Mental Health Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality mental health services to adults. We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as a clinical lead for adult acute services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, mentoring and supporting their colleagues to deliver effective care to patients with mental health conditions. They will also play a key role in shaping the service and driving improvements in patient outcomes.

About the Role:
- To provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team
- To develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- To contribute to the development of the trust's strategy and business plan
- To engage with stakeholders, including patients, carers, and partner organisations
Requirements:
- Ambitious and forward-thinking individual with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
- Excellent knowledge of mental health services and current policy developments
What We Offer:
