Job Description

This role will focus on delivering high-quality training to support the development of clinical staff. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical teams to understand and address dysregulated, distressed, and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training programs for clinical staff
  • Support staff in implementing learned skills in clinical settings
  • Collaborate with lead professionals to achieve organisational objectives for education
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional qualification and/or registration in a relevant field
  • Experience of mentoring and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to undertake physical and emotional demands of the role
