We're seeking experienced Mental Health Professionals to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams in Derby City and South County. As a Clinical Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in providing expert assessments and leadership to ensure patients receive high-quality care and support. With a competitive salary of £39,693 - £44,045 per annum and additional benefits, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide specialist crisis assessments focusing on hospital-at-home settings.
  • To collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.
  • To contribute to the coordination of the Crisis and Home Treatment Team on a shift-by-shift basis, acting as Duty Worker to triage referrals, plan activities, and lead the team accordingly.
Requirements:

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a dynamic approach, and the ability to assess and lead on clinical decision making. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment, we encourage you to apply.
