About the Role
Cygnet Hospital Derby is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Bank Staff. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a low secure environment, providing outstanding care to service users.

Key Responsibilities
As a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse/RNLD, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your duties will include producing accurate written reports, auditing and improving quality, attending training and engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and administering medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including NHS and employee discount schemes, free meals on shift, and free parking. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career through bespoke pathways and ongoing training.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of the latest nursing practices, and a commitment to patient recovery.
