About Our Services

Cygnet Hospital Derby offers a range of mental health and rehabilitation services to individuals with complex needs. Our services include low secure and mental health rehabilitation care, delivered through our integrated male care pathway and the Wyvern Unit.

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and contribute to the delivery of our care pathways. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

  • Deliver person-centered care with a focus on recovery and empowerment
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide physical and emotional support to individuals in our care
  • Monitor and report on individual progress and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of individual care and treatment
