- Structured learning and development opportunities
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Service Manager in driving change and ensuring that our care meets the highest standards. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of the nursing team to implement individualised and responsive care, using evidence-based practice to improve the quality of care and create responsive services.
